Join us for Transforming Workplace Conflict: A Restorative Approach, a two-day workshop led by guest speaker Margaret Thorsborne and co-facilitated by Intepeople's Kimberley Anderson.
In this workshop you will learn:
- How to analyse conflict / a difficulty in the workplace.
- How to understand restorative theory and philosophy and its benefits as an approach for problem solving.
- How to make decisions about the use of Work Place Conferencing (WPC) / circles / other processes based on risk assessment and an understanding of the complexities of the conflict.
- How to prepare for, facilitate, and follow-up the WPC process.
The workshop also provides a networking opportunity for participants.
The cost of attending this two-day event is $1,500+GST per person if your ticket is booked on or before Wednesday 31st January 2024. The cost of the event will be $1,750+GST if booked from Thursday 1st February 2024 onwards.
